Classical Hatha Yoga (Level 1)
Learn classical yoga asanas while deepening your understanding of yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing), mudras and meditation. Appropriate for students new to yoga or needing a refresher. Note: Beginner/Level 1

Dharma Yoga Level (Level 1)
This is the beginning level of the Dharma Yoga series. Students will practice DY Surya Namaskar and be introduced to DY Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level I to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles and joints, and wake up the nervous system. A gentle yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted postures will follow. This practice ends with deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation exercises to remove impurities and bring a sense of well-being to the body and radiant peace to the mind.

Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga can be practiced by anyone. Partner Yoga offers something unique to couples, parents and friends. Partner Yoga is a great way to strengthen the relationship by fortifying trust and communication with your partner. Yoga is a unique physical and spiritual practice which uses various movements and poses to focus the mind and increase strength, stamina and flexibility. Friends can use Partner Yoga to help each other stay motivated and committed to their wellness plan. Dissolve your tension, challenge your balance, strength and flexibility, and learn how to put your total trust in others.

Gentle Yoga
A safe and supportive class for individuals requiring a gentle chair or modified yoga class. Series of movements and breath work help build strength, flexibility, endurance, and general health.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga poses promotes well being by enhancing a healthy spine through movement of the spine in all directions. A well-sequenced restorative practice includes an inverted pose, which reverses the effects of gravity. Series of forward bends and backbends will stimulate and soothe the organs. Relax, Restore and Renew!

Senior Yoga (ages 55+)
A gentle and modified yoga program for mature adults designed to help improve strength and flexibility. Stretch and hold poses in simple ways to gradually ease tight joints and muscles and build strength. Regain mobility, coordination, balance and fullness of breath. Experience the laughter and fun of this special class. Leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed!<

Anusara Yoga
Anusara means- “flowing with Grace.” This style of yoga focuses on alignment and generous use of props. Learn fundamentals of alignment and famous classical postures. Note: Level 1– 2
