Full-Day and Half-Day Summer Camps

Bridge to Learning’s Summer Camps for Kids & Youth of all ages and abilities incorporates yoga, fitness & fun. Through yoga , fitness obstacle courses, group games, and discussions, kids & youth learn the skills to be on the road to fitness.

 
 

YOGA & LEARNING

Yoga develop physical strength, flexibility and endurance. Campers learn stretches and poses that improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Discussions, journaling, nutrition lessons, & science-based explorations further extend the camper’s understanding of how to care for their body on a mental, physical, and emotional level.

BREATHING EXERCISES

Campers learn breathing exercises that help calm and relax the mind. Medical Science has shown that breath can alter the state of the brain. Daily breathing exercises will help campers learn how to go from anxious to calm; lethargic to energetic.

MEDITATION & VISUALIZATION

Daily meditation & guided visualization techniques are utilized to teach the art of concentration and centering to children & youth. Campers learn to connect with their core values and inner-self. Daily practice develops self-confidence, mental, physical and emotional balance.
