EIGHT Week Kids & Family Yoga Session
Sundays, October 4 to November 22

2:15- 3:30 pm (Ages 4 -9)

3:00 - 4:00 pm (10 - teens)

  • Bridge to Learning Kids & Family Yoga class encourages exploration of the body, mind and self with the exercise system of yoga to support and enhance learning, health and personal responsibility. Games, partner poses, and journaling empower participants in a fun and challenging class.

     

    Family Yoga offers kids a chance to practice yoga with their mothers, fathers, and/or sisters & brothers. Participants develop body awareness, motor coordination and confidence through partnerships, yoga games and poses.
    Family Yoga classes are structured like kids yoga classes with more emphasis on interactive and partner positions for kids and parents to do together. Build poses together, enjoy fun yoga games and bonding relaxation. This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers too!
