Yoga Classes for Families (Group and Private)

Family Yoga (ages 3-6)
Play, move, and learn with each other while connecting in a fun and creative environment. Laugh and giggle with your family as you learn ways to enjoy yoga together. Spend uninterrupted, meaningful time with the ones you love the most.
Family Yoga (ages 6-10)
This Family Yoga class is designed for families with older children who are ready to be introduced to yoga in a more traditional Yoga class setting. Develop strength, flexibility, confidence, balance and concentration by learning how to incorporate yoga poses, breathing, relaxation, meditation and visualization to be on the road to family health and happiness. Families learn to connect on a physical and emotional level in a supportive environment

Mother-Daughter Yoga
(ages 7-12 yrs old, 13 yrs & up)

Share quality time together stretching, toning, and strengthening the body. Learn yoga, while relaxing and releasing tension together.

Parent-Son Yoga
(Preteen class, Teen Class)

Increase strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration through traditional yoga postures. Prevent sports injuries and improve sports performance. Father & Son team work together to support one another through a challenging yoga program.

 

Family Yoga offers kids a chance to practice yoga with their mothers, fathers, and/or sisters & brothers. Participants develop body awareness, motor coordination and confidence through partnerships, yoga games and poses.
Family Yoga classes are structured like kids yoga classes with more emphasis on interactive and partner positions for kids and parents to do together. Build poses together, enjoy fun yoga games and bonding relaxation. This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers too!
