    Our curriculum and program is developmentally appropriate and can be tailored to complete Girls Scout badges or activities. The following options are available upon request:

    - Activities for Junior Girl Scouts to earn the Stress Less badge
    - Help the girls create a Stress Kit full of items to help girls relax
    - Handouts showing basic Yoga Routine
    - Review Breathing Techniques to practice at home
    - Introduction to Anatomy
    - Healthy Eating Habits Journal

    ----SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS----

     

    Extreme Esteem
    (Ages 12 and up)
    The most valuable trait required to succeed is positive self-esteem. This workshop for girls focuses on promoting and strengthening healthy development. Girls learn how to love and take care of their body, choose nutritious foods, eat smart, and stay fit. Program includes topics of nutrition, journaling, games, and exercise. Organized activities educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.

    Girl Power
    (Ages 12 and up)

    Be the best you can be at whatever you do. Girls learn to maintain a positive outlook to accomplish their goals. They learn how to eat healthy, exercise and to stay drug and alcohol free. Participants learn to take the time to care for themselves. Along with maintaining a strong foundation for education, this workshop will unleash the power within to achieve success. Every Girl has GIRL POWER!

    Don't Sweat It
    (Ages 12 and up)

    This series of activities focus on problems many children face as they grow up. With help and a little effort, girls can learn to manage stress and live a healthier life. Girls take a quiz to measure stress in their lives. Girls discuss how to deal with stress, learn about yoga and nutrition and learn ways to relax if they are upset. Practical and valuable tools for girls to use in everyday life.
